A university team project: an event-management platform built as microservices, to learn how a distributed system is put together and deployed.
What I built
- Spring Boot services behind an API gateway, with service discovery and a central configuration server.
- Real-time notifications through Apache Kafka.
- An Angular frontend, with Docker Compose and Kubernetes manifests for deployment.
Built by a team of six. The repository is public.
