Why it existed

A free public tool that scores a US real-estate deal in about 30 seconds, built to bring investors to Offa's marketplace.

What I built

  • Interactive underwriting inputs with a score that updates as you type.
  • Address autocomplete and a map of nearby off-market listings, connected to live marketplace data.
  • Shareable report pages that search engines can index.
  • Hardened for a public launch: it degrades gracefully when a data source is down, blocks abuse and validates US addresses.
